Up to $16,000

Heat Pump Rebates

$8,500 standard rebate for whole-home heat pump systems. Enhanced/income-eligible customers qualify for up to $16,000. Covers mini-splits, ducted systems, and hybrid setups.

75–100% Off

Insulation & Air Sealing

Attic, wall, basement, and crawl space insulation. Qualifying customers may pay little to nothing. Includes professional air sealing and blower door testing.

Heat Pump Water Heaters

ENERGY STAR certified heat pump water heaters replacing tankless coil or indirect systems. Applied directly at time of purchase.

Separate Incentives

Solar + Battery (separate from Mass Save)

Solar and battery incentives are separate from Mass Save. Federal tax credits may be available for qualifying customers; financing options vary.

Up to $25,000

0% HEAT Loan

Finance energy efficiency upgrades at 0% interest for up to 7 years. Covers heat pumps, insulation, water heaters, windows, and more.

Who Qualifies?

Any Massachusetts homeowner who pays into the Mass Save program through their utility bill

Renters and landlords are eligible for many programs (with owner approval)

Income-eligible households qualify for enhanced rebates — up to $16,000 for heat pumps

No income verification required for standard rebates ($8,500 heat pumps, no-cost insulation)

Condos, multi-family buildings (1-4 units), and single-family homes all qualify

Must use a participating Mass Save contractor for eligible program measures

Home Performance Contractors (HPC)

As a Mass Save Participating Home Performance Contractor, we are eligible to provide customers with Home Energy Assessments, insulation, air sealing, duct insulation, duct sealing and thermostat installation services. While incentives and work quality assurance are provided by the Mass Save Sponsors and Lead Vendors, the Home Performance Contractor is responsible for the actual Work and warranties provided through the program. Other services outside of the Mass Save Programs may be offered for which contractor selection is solely at the customer’s discretion, and the Mass Save Sponsors and Lead Vendors will not be financially liable or responsible for services beyond the noted measures.
